Český Krumlov

Český Krumlov

In the Czech lands we would hardly find two places that offer at first sight as many forms as Český Krumlov and Prague. The Vltava River flows through the historical centers of both towns, and on one bank there is a magical century-old town, which has not lost its medieval character. On the other side, there is a majestic castle and chateau above the rock to the heavens. Both places today are one of the most visited tourist sites in the Czech Republic and are the first of our monuments to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1992.
